| Have you checked your tire pressure this winter? Has it dropped at all? It would also seem logical that some cars (newer vs older, premium unleaded vs regular, this manufacturer vs that manufacturer, etc etc) are greater effected by fuel "blends" and air density than others. I should make a physics chart for my DD too, I have receipts and mileage for the last 3 years now. Damn physics chart envy. It would seem to me that if you made slightly more power with denser winter air, then you would naturally use slightly less throttle, much like how the drag on the motor the AC unit creates causes you to use more throttle in normal driving to compensate
"What a curiosity our new political correctness has made of our public spaces. Let your sex tape loose on the Internet and be rewarded with your own TV show; photograph a crucifix in a jar of urine and our museums will vie to exhibit it; occupy someone else’s property and you will be hailed by the president for your keen social conscience. But call people who blow up, behead and mutilate “savage” — and polite society will find you offensive." --Jared Silverman "Socialism is a philosophy of failure, the creed of ignorance, and the gospel of envy, its inherent virtue is the equal sharing of misery." --Winston Churchill "When the people find that they can vote themselves money, that will herald the end of the republic." --Benjamin Franklin "The last official act of any government is to loot the treasury." --George Washington END THE FED ....learn why, in 42 minutes Full Pardon for PFC Bradley Manning |
